We believe that children’s shoes should be made for extraordinary school days not made to fit an old school idea of measurement. The difference between children’s shoes shouldn’t be the 2mm between a size E, F or G but rather how they use their feet. Whether you’re a playground Ronaldo or a break time ballerina, we know which shoes will match you step for step.

We also know that buying school shoes can be a stressful experience especially on the weekend before term starts. We would therefore like to invite you to bring your children for a personalised fitting at our Holland Village Fitting Studio. All our fitters are expertly trained by Start-rite and there are no meat counter tickets in sight we promise!

If it is not possible to come in to our Fitting Studio in Singapore please follow the guidelines below to help you measure and fit as accurately as possible in the comfort of your own home.

How to measure kids feet:

Half the population has one foot bigger than the other so remember to fit shoes to the larger foot. Since feet tend to swell during the day, especially in the heat of Singapore, we encourage you to measure your child’s feet later in the day if its possible.

Print out a copy of the Start-rite measurement gauge (check your printer is set to 100% otherwise the calibration will not be correct).

Make the measurements on a hard and even floor.

Once completed enter the information into our size calculator and use our size conversion chart to find the EU size:
