Our standard Returns and Exchange policy is outline below:
If the shoes you order don’t fit or your child doesn’t like your choice (we’ve got five little monkeys between us so we should know!), please feel free to bring them back to our Holland Village Fitting studio for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible your shoes must be:
2. in the same condition that you received them; and
3. in the original box, undamaged.
When trying on your new shoes please be careful not to scratch the soles or damage the shoe box. Unfortunately, if the shoes or box are damaged we are unable to accept the return.
There is no exchange or return on sale items.
For shoes purchased at our Fitting Studio in Holland Village, please return within 14 days of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated e.g. special sales). For shoes purchased online for delivery to Singapore, please take them to the store in Holland Village.
Refunds will be made in cash if purchased from our Fitting Studio or via Shopify online refund to your credit card if purchased online.
We only stock the very highest-quality shoes on the market. However, in the unlikely event you have received a wrong/faulty item we will replace them with a new pair. If a replacement pair is not available, we will offer you a full refund.
Uniform Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your uniform item must be:
1. unworn / washed or used.
2. in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, if the item is a sale or special order product or the tags / packaging are damaged we are unable to accept the return/exchange.
All returns or exchanges (whether purchased in the shop or online) must be returned to our Holland Village Store.
Please return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase (unless otherwise stated e.g. special sales) or receipt of delivery if it was purchased online.
Refunds will be made via your oriinal method of payment.
We only stock the very highest-quality uniform on the market. However, in the unlikely event you have received a wrong/faulty item we will replace it. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you a full refund. If the item was originally delivered to your home we will re-deliver the replacement item(s) at no additional cost.
