Exchange & Returns
We’ve tried to give as much guidance on measuring and fitting as we can for people ordering shoes online. However, if the shoes you order don’t fit or your child doesn’t like your choice (we’ve got five little monkeys between us so we should know!), please feel free to bring them or send them back for a refund or exchange.
We’ve tried to keep our return policy as simple as possible but, should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a refund, your shoes must be:
2. in the same condition that you received them; and
3. in the original box, undamaged.
When trying on your new shoes please be careful not to scratch the soles or damage the shoe box. Unfortunately, if the box is damaged we are unable to accept the return.
Timeframe for returns
For shoes purchased at our Fitting Studio in Holland Village, please return within 14 days of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated e.g. special sales). For shoes purchased online for delivery to Singapore, please take them to the store in Holland Village or e-mail email@example.com to request a return within 14 days of the date of receiving the shoes to your home.
For shoes purchased online for delivery to the rest of Asia, please submit a return request here. You’ll then receive an email from us with a list of instructions to send back your shoes. Don’t worry, it’s pretty stress-free!
In-store exchanges are possible at our Fitting Studio in Holland Village. If you have ordered the wrong size or style online, we request you follow the returns process then place another online order for the new pair. We will waive the delivery charge on the replacement pair.
Refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid for your shoes e.g. cash where applicable for purchases made in our Fitting Studio and credit card/PayPal refunds elsewhere.
We only stock the very highest-quality shoes on the market. However, in the unlikely event you have received a wrong/faulty item we will replace them with a new pair. If a replacement pair is not available, we will of course offer you a full refund.
A returns processing fee of S$25 will be deducted from your refunded amount unless a wrong/defective item was received.
