Shoes Returns or Exchanges

Our standard Returns and Exchange policy is outline below but with the Covid-19 restrictions in place we ask that you simply email us within the 14 day window on hello@tenfeettallshoes.com if you wish to exchange an online purchase and we will help you from there.

If the shoes you order don’t fit or your child doesn’t like your choice (we’ve got five little monkeys between us so we should know!), please feel free to bring them back to our Holland Village Fitting studio for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible your shoes must be:

1.     unused

2.     in the same condition that you received them; and

3.     in the original box, undamaged.

When trying on your new shoes please be careful not to scratch the soles or damage the shoe box.  Unfortunately, if the shoes or box are damaged we are unable to accept the return.

Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges

For shoes purchased at our Fitting Studio in Holland Village, please return within 14 days of the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated e.g. special sales). For shoes purchased online for delivery to Singapore, please take them to the store in Holland Village.  

Refunds

Refunds will be made in cash if purchased in our Fitting Studio or via PayPal if purchased online.

Defective Items

We only stock the very highest-quality shoes on the market. However, in the unlikely event you have received a wrong/faulty item we will replace them with a new pair. If a replacement pair is not available, we will offer you a full refund.

Returns cost

For online orders a returns processing fee of S$25 will be deducted from your refunded amount unless a wrong/defective item was received.

 

Uniform Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your uniform item must be:

1.     unworn and unwashed (Swimwear must be tried on with underwear)

2.     in the same condition that you received it; and

3.     with the original tags attached

4.     in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, if the tags or packaging are damaged we are unable to accept the return/exchange.

All returns or exchanges (whether purchased in the shop or online) must be made at the Uniform Shop on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7.30-9.00am during term time.
