Ten Feet Tall will be running an appointment-based January 2022 Back to School Uniform Sale in the ES Dance Hall from Wednesday January 5th – Saturday January 8th, 10am-4pm. You will also be able to order on line and choose to collect any online orders placed during the sale.

To ensure safe-distancing guidelines are followed there are limited appointments available, FITTING APPOITMENTS ARE NOW FULL.

Uniform purchase-only (no fitting) and online collection appointments are still open. Please BOOK AN APPOINTMENT via the Ten Feet Tall website here. Appointments will close the evening prior to your appointment as a list of all attendees must be provided to SJIIES security in order to access the school.

Entry to the school is via the Toa Payoh West Gate (19 Toa Payoh West Road 318876). It is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the ES Hall.

Please note that if you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we may have to reschedule you for another time. 

Choose your booking from the following:

1. FULLY BOOKED Uniform Fitting Appointment (30 mins per child): If you would like to try on any uniform please book a ‘Fitting Appointment’. This could be to try a whole new set of uniform or just to check the size of a few pieces. You can choose the number of children you require a fitting for and the appropriate time will be allocated for you.
2. Uniform Purchase-only (no fitting) & Exchange Appointment (10 mins): If you don’t need to try anything on but you want to come and purchase in-person, please book a 10 minute slot.
3. Online Order Collection: Due to school access regulations  APPOINTMENTS are required if you are collecting an online order during the back-to-school uniform sale. Please remember to choose ‘Collect during Uniform Sale’ as your preferred method of delivery when you check out. Once your order is completed please book a collection appointment via the booking link. Please note this appointment list will be passed to SJIIES security the evening prior. School security will only allow access to the school based on the appointment list provided. To collect your order please show proof of purchase e.g. A copy of the email receipt. Safe distancing measures will be in place to ensure we control any queues and crowds accordingly.

Orders containing shoes can only be fulfilled via the Home Delivery option.

In addition, our Holland Village fitting studio will be open for all your school and sports shoe needs We will also be running an appointment system here during this busy period. Appointments for Shoe Fitting can also be booked via our website here.

Uniform Returns and Exchanges: You can book an appointment to return and exchange items during the sale period. Please book a Uniform Fitting Appointment for your child to re-try or Uniform Purchase-only (no fitting) & Exchange Appointment  if you just need to purchase / exchange. If you have a request to return or exchange after the January BTS sale, please email us to arrange.

Start of Term: Ten Feet Tall on-site Uniform Shop will be open every morning during the first week of term. Whilst parents are not able to visit, the team will be processing orders each day and delivering to classrooms or sending via the Home Delivery option within 3 working days.
